Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Trym enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'6" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He is in excellent shape and likes to wear grey tank tops with black pants. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ernest grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Ernest abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery, and carries maces. He has shaved his head bald. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: He is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak, and he perpetually has his monstrous two handed axe ready. He has shaved his head bald. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Richard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Richard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Richard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
