Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Manfred is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Anthony and his spouse have recently divorced.
