History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his father's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Kody was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kody decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
