History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. Manfred took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Hugh enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.
