Personality: Lance is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ploughman business.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. The war was a terrible time for him, and Balimaar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Balimaar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Animal Trainer like his father before him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: He wears a green vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his green boots flare out at the collars. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theobald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Banker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Banker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
