History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Charles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he is greedy

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
