History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Simon is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Frederick hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His childhood dream was to be a Doctor, but he was a colossal failure. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Doctor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
