History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has worked as a Carpenter like his father before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Server father left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Bertram took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
