Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roland does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. A true patriot, Adam would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Adam abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
