Description: This man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Carpenter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His tied-back hair is silver. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Engraver for the past few years.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This late middle aged man dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was born in the east. Roger liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is greedy

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This malnourished man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull brown iron scale mail. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Randal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
