Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and many orcs want him driven away

He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Simon was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Born to a Painter, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
