History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A freak accident while working with his Mayor mother left him crippled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Richard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
