Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing a long, violet, dusty cloak. His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears bulky blue painted plate armor. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cartwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was born in a small plains village. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
