He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

History: Hubert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Barber, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Gunter hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Crown-heir.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.
