He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second son.
