Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull white iron scale mail. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Godfrey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Odo was taken on many hunting expeditions. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Odo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, black shirt, and grey tie. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Alex is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sculptor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
