History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: Arnold is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he is greedy
