History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
