History: Manfred was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: This malnourished man is dressed in earthy colors with a black and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Peter's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
