History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rolf was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
