Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Gerald learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his morningstar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His brown hair is long and unkept. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man is very fat, and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has wavy chestnut hair. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Being a Detective kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he's in love

Description: He dresses well, wearing violet shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is chestnut and very short. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Theodoric was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Theodoric alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
