Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He carries with him a set of maces, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Manfred hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He takes great joy in being the best Shepherd in town.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: Standing 5'3", this man has the majority of his body covered in plate. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times, and he perpetually has his longsword ready. His auburn hair is long and unkept. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: 5'4" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He dresses like a well dressed Priest does. His hair is black and curly. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the east to a Priest, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. One day when Manfred was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Manfred was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Priest, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a priest and was forced into it by his family
