History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Jocelyn was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jocelyn. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
