Description: An older man who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man wears light armors faded through time and improper care, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is silver and very short. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rolf was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thomas embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He takes great joy in being the best Map Maker in town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Map Maker. He became a Map Maker soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a black top hat and black clothes. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hugh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carpenter business.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he has money and likes to spend it
