History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dustin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dustin. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
