Thomas Kendal, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a white coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'6" when asserting himself. He has auburn hair. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thomas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thomas. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and money/treasure
Flaws: Shy. Bonds: Adventurer, Rich, Criminal record, Enemies. Occupation: Ruler

Theodoric Axton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born into a rich family. Theodoric abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. During his travels, Theodoric and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Theodoric discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Theodoric fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Bernard Axton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case. He has a very tight haircut. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Bernard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
