Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Peter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Peter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
