Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Miles was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Norman enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Charles was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Charles decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
