Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new shipwright responsibilities is difficult

History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Balimaar was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ernest grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
