He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Theodoric is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Stableman, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: Roland wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Roland was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
