History: Alex was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

History: He was born in the west. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Nicholas's homeland. Nicholas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
