Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a grey shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His red hair is heavily combed to the left. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and he wants revenge against drow

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He's also a talented Assassin, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and balancing his hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His long brown hair reaches down to his waist. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.
History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and carries clubs. His hair is long and golden with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ernest grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ernest. Being a Crown-heir kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
