Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears long strands of topaz and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: 5'6" and muscular, this northern man usually wears his black robe and has his quarterstaff always slung over his shoulder. His red hair is singed and shortened. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to clean up the streets

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He carries with him a set of sais on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His red hair is still thick. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Revenge; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born in the north. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears dull brown sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Adelard will drive conversation. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
