History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adelard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adelard. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Conrad was born with his father's beautiful face. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears dull grey sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hand crossbow, just in case. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life
