History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a grey tunic with white highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes. His blonde hair is cut short. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Bertram wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Body Guard, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Weaver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he's looking for his big break

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He worked as a nervous Farmer and found it very stressful. He tends to his Farmer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hugh is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
