Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Everard was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and regain custody of his son
