History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This late middle aged man wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available he will default to his rapier and is in decent physical shape. His hair is white and very short. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Gerald was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: Aldous speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'7" and wears dull brown sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed lance, just in case. His hair is short and red. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gerard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
