History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born in the east to a Soapmaker, William learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Soapmaker and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in a small forest village. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
