History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Courier; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
