History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Adam never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
