History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Hugh abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
