History: Theobald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull black iron scale mail. His head has been shaved. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He is greedy; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses well, wearing yellow shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
