History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Jocelyn was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Navigator. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is short and brown. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Butcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. The war was a terrible time for him, and Robert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
