History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his son

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. His ears are large.

Personality: Miles is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Miles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Miles. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the east. His first spouse was a Bowyer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
