His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trym fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gerard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
