History: He was born into a rich family. His childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barkeep for the past few years.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Theobald isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Gifted from a young age, Theobald studied abroad. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born to a Laborer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
