Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When Dean reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. After coming to the age of reason, Miles took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
