History: Hubert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Tim has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
