Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Rolf hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a tattered pair of loose pastel pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This tall, slender man usually wears his tan robe and has his rapier always slung over his shoulder. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He wears baggy black pantaloons and a grey scarf. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are violet.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Mayor, but he got bored and became a Brewer. He has achieved small success as a Brewer.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult
