He wears his chestnut hair up. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the south to a Bounty Hunter, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bounty Hunter. He tends to his Bounty Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
